All the information on the back of your storybooks & your logos and headshot are automatically populated based on your account. In order to change and update that information, simply go to “Personal Information” from the link on the left side of the dashboard page. Once done updating your info within, scroll to the bottom and click the save button, and your new info will appear in the design wizard, and can be pushed to previously submitted storybooks with a simple update.
If you have users under you who you need to update the information for, click on “clients” or “users” on the left of the dashboard. From there, click the User ID number of the account, and you’ll be able to update their information the same way.
If you have profiles on your account, or an account under you, that info can be updated as well. For profiles on your account, head to “Agent Profiles” or “Profiles” on the left of the dashboard, and click the edit button to change the info. For the profiles of users under you, head back to the client or user link, and use the drop down menu beside each user to access the profiles on that account, and edit them the same way as your own.
