Photo galleries and projects, in order to be linked together, must be assigned to the same user. As an admin, if you’ve created a project but assigned it to the wrong user, simply “re-assign” that project to the correct user account.
To do this, go to “In Progress Projects” and select the user that currently owns that project from the dropdown menu. Click the link called “re-assign” next to the project in question. Select the desired user from the dropdown menu and submit.
If the project has already been published, you won’t be able to re-assign the project. However, you can create a clone of the published from “Purchased Projects” or “Published Storybooks” and re-assign the cloned project to the current user. Please note you’ll need to publish the cloned project with its own unique URL.
